What to do if you receive non-conforming goods?

  1. Report the problem to us as soon as possible at info@pyoorfyne.de – ideally with a photo.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, e.g. your order number, invoice or bank statement.

We currently do not offer a commercial guarantee of durability (GARAN label). Your legal guarantee rights remain unaffected. Information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our Cancellation Policy.
